Neil Thompson is a logistics professional with more than a decade of management experience across the service and non-profit sectors. His career began in New Orleans, where he spent six years as front-of-house manager for a beloved family restaurant — a role that honed his knack for organization, calm under pressure, and genuine hospitality.

Driven by a desire to serve his community, Neil went on to help operate Read to Succeed, a network of free summer camps for underserved elementary students in West Philadelphia. As Program Director, he oversaw the logistics and administration that delivered literacy-based programming to more than 400 children each summer, working in collaboration with the School District of Philadelphia and local literacy organizations.

Neil’s work — whether in a bustling restaurant or a community classroom — is guided by the same values: care, consistency, and connection. Known for his warmth and good humor, he brings people together with ease and helps create spaces where both teams and communities can thrive.
