Brady Hatin
General Manager [Pine Street]
Brady Hatin was born and raised in New Hampshire, where he developed a deep love for the arts in his young adult life — a passion that carried him through film school and years spent touring with his band. In 1998, he made the decision to become vegan, a commitment that has shaped his life for over two decades and sparked a growing awareness of the food industry and its impact.
Brady relocated to Philadelphia in 2004, where he joined the bakery team at Whole Foods Market. There, his artistic instincts and his interest in food found common ground. He quickly moved into production roles, learning the craft of bakery operations before stepping into leadership positions that gave him full responsibility for team management, production, and quality control. Over the course of sixteen years and three different Whole Foods locations, Brady built a reputation for organization, creativity, and steady leadership.
After leaving Whole Foods, Brady used the pause in his career to take a leap of faith: he launched High Fidelity Bakery, a specialized gluten-free and vegan bakery rooted in mission and community. Founded during the spring 2020 lockdown, the business began with a modest menu and grew into a thriving storefront with an expansive offering and more than 30 wholesale partners. Throughout that journey, he was mentored by his friend Chris DiPiazza, whose guidance helped shape the bakery’s growth.
After five years of running High Fidelity, Brady felt ready for a new chapter — one that allowed him to bring together his baking knowledge, business experience, and passion for developing strong, joyful teams. He chose to step away from his own bakery and join Mighty Bread Co., where he now serves as the General Manager of Mighty Bread Grab & Go, the company’s first off-site location, on Pine & 17th.
Brady brings his love for people, community, and great food, along with a commitment to building a team that leads with warmth, fun, and the exceptional hospitality Mighty Bread is known for.
