About Your Instructor:
Sarah Dash began her restaurant career in New York City’s bakeries before shifting her focus to savory cooking. In 2015, she moved to Philadelphia to pursue fine dining, joining Nicholas Elmi’s acclaimed restaurant Laurel. There she met chef Chris DiPiazza, and in 2019, the two teamed up at Mighty Bread Co. What began as a three-person bakery grew under their leadership into a sixty-member operation — and earned a James Beard nomination along the way.
